  • Active Calories Burned: Calories burned during physical activities to help calculate your energy expenditure
  • Distance: Distance traveled during workouts and daily activities
  • Floors Climbed: Number of floors or flights of stairs climbed to track vertical movement
  • Exercise and Workout Data: Exercise sessions, workout duration, and activity types to monitor your fitness progress
  • Activity Recognition: Recognition of physical activities and movements to automatically detect and log workouts

This health data is collected through integration with Health Connect (Android) and HealthKit (iOS) when you grant permission. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device's health app settings.

1.2 How We Use Health Data

We use your health and fitness data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Providing personalized workout plans tailored to your fitness level and goals
  • Creating customized nutrition and meal plans based on your activity levels
  • Tracking your fitness progress and workout completion

  • Calculating daily caloric needs and macronutrient recommendations

We do not sell, share, or disclose your health data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Your health data is stored securely on our servers and is only accessible to you and our system for providing the fitness and nutrition services you requested.

1.3 Health Data Retention and Deletion

Your health data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your health data at any time by:

  • Revoking health permissions in your device's Health Connect or HealthKit settings
  • Deleting specific health data entries within the Amunix app
  • Deleting your account, which will permanently remove all associated health data from our servers within 30 days

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, and communicate with you.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy.
